because i get a $110 to spend on clothes with my grandma im getting to pairs of pants $60 and 5 skate shirts if there on sale and that would be $50 if there 10 bucks a shirt
Where do you live? I know in NYC they have many thrift shops throughout Manhattan that sell really vintage-y stuff. I don't know any specific ones, but you can always do a Google search by typing in "NYC thrift shop" or whereever it is you live.
